End of "free" life
Time and tide really waits for no man. The more I think I’d have time to do something, the more I’d lack the time needed to accomplish what I really want. The last day of my medical leave ended on the 26th March and well, I would have rested for the past two days. Tomorrow, I’d be going back to work at my grandfather’s factory. Actually, felt that I am rather lazy and am a little reluctant about wanting to work. I guess I’ve gotten used to the life of resting at home. What lazy bones have I “acquired”!
Spent some time playing Championship manager. I can’t believe it! By using my favorite team, I’d still lose out to the teams that I dislike! Too much!!! I mean they were well beaten by the team in real life but in the game… Gosh! I am really speechless… It’s not that I am a sore loser… Ermmm… Alright, I’d love my team to win, who does not? -_-
Nevertheless, I kept replaying the game and at long last, I won…
Had a taste of going back to work when I went and teach Calvin. He’s a real cute, primary two kid. He’s like me, the eldest in the family and have a sister and a brother respectively. I am not sure why but no matter how angry I am with him or frustrated, he would not be the one receiving my anger. Instead, I showed him compassion. I think my temper and emotional stuffs are getting some adjustments, which is very good.
I am blessed because Calvin’s mum asked if I could teach him 3 times a week. Instead of teaching him on Monday and Thursday, she wants me to teach him on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday. However, this posses me a problem. How can I “contain” the lesson with WeiKeong and Bryan? Oh yes, he cancelled my lesson…
After tuition, I took a cab home. I really can’t walk much. The more I walk, the more I feel pain in the part where I am operated on. I really wonder why did the doctor request that I go physiotherapy on the day I took out my cast and now… I have to wait for another two weeks before I am to learn how to strengthen my operated ankle. What “genius” is this doctor!
Maybe he overlooked regarding this matter. Come to think of it, he did not see me when I was there the last time. Another doctor attended to me. Well, another “genius” right! I think, the greatest genius is me. This is because I was naïve enough to think that I could walk without therapy and will not need physiotherapy.
